RWA Executive History

by Tim Erickson

The Federation has been well looked after by its Executive during its 59 year history. The key roles of President, Secretary and Treasurer have been continuously filled by some very high profile administrators, as this list attests.

I have not listed Vice Presidents in this table before 2006. Initially each member club was able to nominate its own club representative as a Federation Vice President and the overall number each year varied, depending on how many clubs bothered submitting a nomination. Eventually this was changed so that each club President was automatically a Federation Vice President by default and from then on, no VP ratifications were needed at the Annual Conferences. It is only for the last few years, since becoming an Incorporated Body, that we are required to have a Vice President as part of the Executive.
